NBAUTOAZ works by appointment. Quotes, deposits, scheduling, materials, warranty terms, and aftercare are confirmed before installation begins.

PROJECT TERMS

  • Quote requests are reviewed before scheduling. A quote is not a confirmed appointment.
  • Deposits may be required when a project is scheduled, material is ordered, or shop time is reserved.
  • Final pricing can change if vehicle condition, coverage, artwork, or scope changes after intake.
  • Manufacturer warranty terms depend on the material selected and the care requirements for that product.
  • Aftercare instructions are part of delivery. Washing, curing, and maintenance timing should be followed.
  • Project photos may be used for documentation and portfolio unless a commercial privacy request is agreed before delivery.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, vehicle information, fleet counts, artwork files, and project requirements.
  • You confirm that you have authority to approve work on the vehicle, fleet, storefront, artwork, or business graphics submitted for quote.
  • Existing paint damage, failing clear coat, prior body work, rust, contamination, adhesive, old film, and panel defects can affect the result.
  • Commercial customers are responsible for final proof review, spelling, phone numbers, license numbers, and brand approval before print or install.

SMS TERMS

NBAUTOAZ text messages are used for quote follow-up, appointment scheduling, project updates, customer care, and aftercare communication. You opt in by entering your phone number and checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on a website form.

  • Message frequency varies by project and appointment activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
  • Reply HELP for help, or call 480-510-0695.
  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Mobile opt-in data is handled under the Privacy Policy.

PAYMENTS AND SCHEDULING

  • A quote request does not reserve shop time.
  • Deposits may be required to reserve an appointment, order material, or begin design and production work.
  • Deposit terms, cancellation timing, and rescheduling terms are confirmed before the appointment is booked.
  • Large commercial projects may be phased by vehicle availability, design approval, material delivery, and installation capacity.

MATERIALS AND WARRANTIES

  • Material warranties come from the manufacturer and depend on product type, install scope, surface condition, exposure, and aftercare.
  • Arizona heat, sun exposure, wash method, storage, and vehicle use can affect film, vinyl, tint, and coating life.
  • NBAUTOAZ will explain material options and aftercare requirements before delivery.
  • Warranty support can require photos, inspection, proof of care, and manufacturer review.
