PROTECTION
FILM.
Self-healing polyurethane armor for Teslas, Porsches, exotics, and any vehicle where the surface is part of the asset. Stealth matte and gloss finishes. Full-front, full-vehicle, custom coverage. Serving San Tan Valley, Fountain Hills, Mesa, and the East Valley.
(02) / WHAT IT IS
A 200-MICROMETER
LAYER OF ENGINEERED
POLYURETHANE.
Paint protection film, often called PPF or clear bra, is a transparent polyurethane film applied directly to vehicle paint. The film is approximately 200 micrometers thick, optically clear, and engineered to absorb rock chips, swirl marks, road debris, and chemical staining before they reach the paint underneath.
The film is self-healing. Minor scratches and swirl marks disappear in sunlight as the polyurethane top coat reflows. The manufacturer warranty runs 10 years against yellowing, cracking, and peeling. Stealth-finish films change factory gloss into a satin matte surface that does not fade and does not require waxing.

(03) / COVERAGE OPTIONS
SCOPE THE INSTALL.
PPF is not one package. The right scope depends on vehicle value, mileage, paint condition, and how much exposed surface needs protection.
Satin matte finish that changes factory paint.
Tesla owners, Porsche owners, and exotic builds use stealth film for finish change and protection.
Front-end protection for the highest-impact areas.
Hood, fenders, mirrors, bumper, and leading surfaces where road debris hits first.
Complete front coverage including A-pillars.
The most common premium configuration for daily drivers and high-value vehicles.
Total vehicle coverage.
The maximum-protection configuration for exotics and daily drivers in high-debris environments.
Motorsport-spec impact coverage.
Rockers, front splitter, leading edges, brake duct surrounds, and hard-use panels.
High-debris lower body zones.
Road spray and gravel concentrate damage here. Often paired with front-end coverage.
Impact film for glass.
Windshield-specific film engineered for impact protection without optical distortion.
Protection before the first rock chip.
Dealership delivery wrap and protection scoped before highway miles enter the paint history.

(05) / THE PROTOCOL
FOUR PHASES. EVERY PROJECT.
The same four-phase install standard applies to every PPF scope, from clear bra to full-vehicle stealth.
DIAGNOSTIC
Paint inspection panel-by-panel. Defect identification before film is cut. The studio does not install over swirl marks, oxidation, or contamination. What is underneath the film stays there for the life of the warranty.
PREPARATION
Multi-stage decontamination wash. Clay treatment on contaminated panels. Paint correction where the surface requires it. The vehicle does not enter the install bay until the surface is finished.
INSTALLATION
Film cut by hand or by plotter pattern depending on vehicle. Edge-wrapped where possible, hidden-edge where required. Squeegee-and-heat install with attention to seam placement on every panel. No relief cuts on visible surfaces.
VERIFICATION
Final inspection under shop lighting. Edge check, seam check, lift check. Anything that does not meet standard gets redone before the vehicle leaves.

PREMIUM FILMS
These are the factory-trained, warranty-authorized films NBAUTOAZ installs. The warranty is honored by the manufacturer, not by the studio. That distinction matters when you actually need to claim it.
(07) / FAQ
DIRECT ANSWERS
How much does PPF cost?
Full-front PPF on a Tesla Model 3 typically runs $1,800 to $2,400. Full-vehicle coverage runs $5,500 to $7,200 depending on vehicle size and trim complexity. Exotic and supercar coverage runs higher due to panel count and curvature. Every quote is reviewed by Kelton personally and reflects the actual vehicle, not a template.
How long does PPF installation take?
Full-front PPF takes one to two days. Full-vehicle takes three to five days depending on vehicle. The studio does not rush an install to meet a faster-than-quoted timeline. The protocol takes the time it takes.
Does PPF damage the paint underneath?
When installed and removed correctly, no. The films NBAUTOAZ installs are designed to release cleanly from factory paint. Removal is included in the lifecycle of the product. Paint damage from PPF removal typically traces to non-warranty film, an install over already-damaged paint, or a removal attempted with the wrong tools.
What is the difference between PPF and ceramic coating?
PPF is a physical layer of polyurethane that absorbs impacts. Ceramic coating is a chemical bond that creates hydrophobic surface protection. PPF prevents rock chips. Ceramic does not. Ceramic enhances gloss and makes washing easier. Many premium builds use both: PPF for impact protection on high-risk panels, ceramic on top of the film and on the rest of the vehicle.
Can stealth PPF be applied over gloss paint?
Yes. Stealth films apply over gloss factory paint and change the finish to satin matte. The finish stays for the life of the film and reverses when the film is removed.
Where is NBAUTOAZ located?
NBAUTOAZ serves San Tan Valley, Fountain Hills, Mesa, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, and Queen Creek by appointment.
