Vinyl Wraps

NBAUTOAZ installs vinyl wraps for full vehicles, partial panels, trim packages, and design-specific finish work.

Vinyl wraps are finish work, not just color. NBAUTOAZ scopes wrap projects by panel condition, disassembly needs, seam placement, finish direction, and the owner's plan for future removal.

CAST VINYL

Vehicle film only

Full vehicle wraps use cast vinyl because it handles curves, recesses, and outdoor exposure better than cheaper calendered film.

PANEL PLAN

Edges and seams are mapped first

Panel geometry, trim, badges, mirrors, door handles, roof channels, and bumpers are reviewed before film is cut or installed.

FINISH CARE

The surface needs the right wash method

Gloss, satin, matte, and specialty finishes all need care instructions matched to the film. The delivery notes explain what to wash with and what to avoid.

INSTALL PROTOCOL

FOUR CHECKPOINTS

Precision does not change based on the budget attached to the vehicle. NBAUTOAZ uses the same intake, inspection, installation, and delivery discipline across both tracks.

01

DIAGNOSTIC

Paint, panels, trim, glass, substrate condition, and existing film are inspected before material selection or scheduling.

02

PREPARATION

Decontamination, clay treatment, correction when required, and surface setup happen before film or coating touches the vehicle.

03

INSTALLATION

Film, coating, tint, or graphics are installed through measured alignment, controlled heat, and repeatable surface protocol.

04

VERIFICATION

Edges, seams, finish clarity, curing notes, and aftercare requirements are checked before the vehicle leaves.

FAQ

DIRECT ANSWERS

How long does a vinyl wrap last in Arizona?

Cast vinyl usually looks its best for three to seven years depending on color, exposure, wash method, storage, and panel orientation.

Can a wrap be removed later?

Yes. Cast vinyl is designed to be removable within its service life. Removal gets harder when film is left on past its intended lifespan.

Is vinyl wrap the same as stealth PPF?

No. Vinyl wrap changes finish or graphics. Stealth PPF changes gloss to satin while adding impact protection. PPF costs more and protects more.

Can NBAUTOAZ wrap only part of a vehicle?

Yes. Partial wraps, roof wraps, chrome delete, accents, stripes, and black packages are scoped as smaller finish projects.
