(01) / COMMERCIAL

EVERY WORK TRUCK
IS A $50K BILLBOARD.
WE BUILD IT LIKE ONE.

NBAUTOAZ installs commercial vehicle wraps the same way it installs premium PPF. Same protocol. Same materials. Same standard. Single-vehicle business wraps, fleet programs, box trucks, food trucks, work vans, buses, trailers, window logos, storefront graphics.

COMMERCIAL PROOF

GOOD TIMES RESTORATION REEL

Commercial wrap work belongs directly under the track entry. This reel shows the working-vehicle side of NBAUTOAZ before visitors reach the commercial page library.

(02) / WHY THE WRAP MATTERS

COMMERCIAL MATH

THE MATH ON A WRAPPED VEHICLE.

A commercial vehicle wrap is not a decoration. It is field media that moves through the same market your customers move through.

$50K ANNUAL EXPOSURE VALUE

The average wrapped service truck generates roughly $50,000 in equivalent advertising impressions per year.

60K+ DAILY IMPRESSIONS

A single wrapped vehicle moving through metro Phoenix generates 60,000+ daily visual impressions on average.

7 YEAR CAST VINYL OUTDOOR WARRANTY

The films NBAUTOAZ installs are engineered for full-life Arizona sun exposure.

(03) / WHAT WE BUILD

THREE SCALES. ONE PROTOCOL.

Commercial work changes by unit count and vehicle type. The install standard does not.

SINGLE-VEHICLE BUSINESS WRAPS

Service businesses, contractors, mobile services, real estate agents, photographers. Cast vinyl, 7-year outdoor warranty. Work with your designer or with the studio's design network.

FLEET PROGRAMS

2 to 50+ vehicles standardized across one design system. Volume pricing. Scheduled installs. Fleet replacement and refresh at year 5 to 7. Multi-phase rollouts for fleets that cannot be parked all at once.

SPECIALTY VEHICLES

Box trucks, food trucks, service vans, Sprinter vans, buses, trailers, and equipment graphics. Panel maps, door breaks, liftgates, window perf, full coverage, and partial identification systems.

(04) / VEHICLE TYPES

MATCH THE WRAP TO THE WORK.

A plumbing van, food truck, box truck, storefront, and multi-unit fleet do not need the same page. This library routes operators by surface, unit count, readability, and repair planning.

(05) / WHY NBAUTOAZ FOR COMMERCIAL

NOT A SIGN COMPANY.
A STUDIO.

Most commercial vehicle wraps in the East Valley come from sign companies. The print is often fine. The install planning is where quality drops. A box truck, service van, and storefront window each need a different panel map, edge strategy, and repair plan.

NBAUTOAZ approaches commercial wraps as installations, not as deliveries. Same four-phase protocol as the premium PPF track. Same cast vinyl films rated for 7-year outdoor exposure. Same diagnostic, preparation, installation, verification sequence. A fleet wrap installed to studio standard outlasts a wrap installed to sign-company speed by four to five years.

That math is what makes the studio price worth the studio price on the commercial track.

(06) / FLEET PROGRAM OPTIONS

2 TO 50+ VEHICLES. ONE DESIGN SYSTEM.

Fleet programs are scoped by unit count, operating schedule, and how long the fleet can be parked without hurting the business.

SMALL FLEET · 2 TO 5 VEHICLES

Standardized design across the fleet, single install window, premium-quality installation applied repeatedly. Kelton handles personally. Typical completion: 2 to 3 weeks.

MID-SIZED FLEET · 6 TO 20 VEHICLES

Scheduled multi-phase installation across 4 to 8 weeks to keep the fleet operational during rollout. Volume pricing reflects scale. Replacement schedule planned at year 5 to 7.

LARGE FLEET · 20 TO 50+ VEHICLES

Multi-phase rollout across 8 to 16 weeks. Partner installer overflow for the largest programs. Fleet management tooling provided for replacement scheduling.

(07) / MATERIALS

CAST VINYL ONLY.
NEVER CALENDERED.

There are two grades of vehicle vinyl: cast and calendered. Calendered is cheaper, less conformable, and rated for 2 to 4 years outdoor. Cast vinyl is what factory-trained installers use. 7-year outdoor warranty. Conforms to compound curves. Releases cleanly on removal.

NBAUTOAZ installs cast vinyl on every commercial project. Films include 3M, Avery Dennison, KPMF. The warranty is honored by the manufacturer. The standard does not change based on the size of the fleet.

(08) / FAQ

DIRECT ANSWERS

How much does a commercial vehicle wrap cost?

Single-vehicle wraps typically run $2,500 to $4,500 for full coverage on a work van or pickup truck. Box truck wraps run $4,000 to $8,000 depending on size. Fleet pricing reflects volume. Every quote is reviewed personally and reflects the actual vehicle, the design complexity, and the install scope.

How long does a commercial wrap take to install?

A single work van takes one to two days. A box truck takes two to three days. A 10-vehicle fleet rollout takes four to six weeks scheduled across multiple install windows. The studio does not compress timelines below what the protocol requires.

How long does a commercial wrap last?

Cast vinyl in Arizona sun typically holds at full quality for five to seven years before color begins to fade. The manufacturer warranty is 7 years. Fleets that plan replacement at year five maintain visual consistency across the program.

Can NBAUTOAZ design the wrap, or do we need our own designer?

Both options are available. Bring your designer and the studio handles production and installation. Or work with the studio's design network for the design itself. The design phase is separate from the install scope on the quote.

Do you wrap food trucks?

Yes. Food truck wraps require special attention to the cooking-zone heat exposure, the wash-down areas, and the regulatory graphics. NBAUTOAZ handles food truck installs as a specialty within the commercial track.

Can a fleet wrap be removed?

Yes. Cast vinyl releases cleanly when removed within the warranty period. Removal after the film has weathered past warranty may require additional preparation. Removal pricing is separate from install pricing.
